Delivery timeframes are merely an indication and NYNE will not be held accountable for unusually long postage periods. Please be aware to factor in that items will only be posted on working days and that if you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.As well as a shipping confirmation e-mail, you will also receive a receipt in the mail outlining your purchase. It is important to keep note of your receipt number in case the item is faulty or the need arises to return it.
Duties and Taxes

Lost Parcels:
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, NYNE will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, NYNE are not liable for it.

In the unlikely event that the item you purchase is out of stock for some reason we will notify you immediately and refund you the full amount.
