Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on sale items, these sales are final. 

Promotional offers are eligible for exchange or online credit only.

We are happy to exchange or return your non-sale item if it is not right for any reason. We do need you to action your return within 7 days of you receiving your items. After this date - all purchases are final.

Items must be unworn with all original tags still attached.

Email us at online@nyne.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of purchase with your intent to return, using your order number as your reference.

Return Process:

  
1. Email NYNE at online@nyne.co.nz explaining what you are returning and why? Complete the RETURN / EXCHANGE form included with you invoice.


2. You must securely package the item then return the item to NYNE at your expense, this must be done by using a track n trace method as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at NYNE. *A reminder - items must be returned in pristine condition as received, unworn with all original tags still attached.


3. Once NYNE has received and accepted the return we will then refund you via your original method of payment or send you your new item.

 

Faulty Items:

We endeavour to supply items of the highest quality. It should be realised though that on occasions, faults could occur. If we are unable to repair the item or replace it, you will be credited the original costs. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable.
