We are happy to exchange or return your item if its not right for any reason. We do need you to action this return within 7 days of your receiving your items. After this date - all purchases are final. Also items must be unworn with all original tags still attached.

Unfortunately we dont offer refunds, exchanges or credits on sale items, these sales are final. Returns are permitted for items that do not fit or that are faulty. This must however be done within 7 days of your receipt. All purchases become final after this time frame. Items must be unworn with all original tags still attached. It is crucial that NYNE is contacted in advance and made aware of the return.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.
Please see below the process for returning or exchanging items.
1. Email NYNE at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what you are returning and why?
2. NYNE will then send you a Return Authorisation number & details for sending the item back.
3. You must securely package the item then return the item to NYNE at your expense, this must be done by using a track n trace method as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at NYNE. *A reminder - items must be returned in pristine condition as received, unworn with all original tags still attached.
4. Once NYNE has received and accepted the return we will then refund you back to your original method of payment or send you your new item.
We endeavour to supply items of the highest quality. It should be realised though that on occasions, faults could occur. If we are unable to repair the item or replace it, you will be credited the original costs. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
