New Zealand: * FREE for all N.Z orders *  |  Please allow 2-3 Working Days

Australia: FREE for Purchases over $200  |  Purchases under $200 shipping will be $15  |  Please allow 5-7 working days

Worldwide:  $NZ40 | Please allow 4-10 Working Days

 

Please ensure that you will be home to receive your purchase as signatures are required for all packages. It is important to note that NYNE does not post to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address.

Delivery timeframes are merely an indication and NYNE will not be held accountable for unusually long postage periods.  Please be aware to factor in that items will only be posted on working days and that if you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.
As well as a shipping confirmation e-mail, you will also receive a receipt in the mail outlining your purchase.  It is important to keep note of your receipt number in case the item is faulty or the need arises to return it.


Duties and Taxes

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.


Lost Parcels:

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, NYNE will either replace or refund the item.  However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, NYNE are not liable for it.


Stock Availability:

In the unlikely event that the item you purchase is out of stock for some reason we will notify you immediately and refund you the full amount.


Returns and Exchanges:

There will be no refunds, exchanges or credits on sale items, these sales are final.
Returns are permitted for items that do not fit or that are faulty.
This must however be done within 7 days of your receipt. All purchases become final after this time frame.  Items must be unworn with all original tags still attached.  
It is crucial that NYNE is contacted in advance and made aware of the return. 

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.

1. Email NYNE at online@nyne.co.nz explaining what you are returning and why?


2. NYNE will then send you a Return Authorisation number & details for sending the item back.


3. You must securely package the item then return the item to NYNE at your expense, this must be done by using a track n trace method as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at NYNE. *A reminder - items must be returned in pristine condition as received, unworn with all original tags still attached.


4. Once NYNE has received and accepted the return we will then refund you back to your original method of payment or send you your new item.

 

Faulty Items:

We endeavour to supply items of the highest quality. It should be realised though that on occasions, faults could occur. If we are unable to repair the item or replace it, you will be credited the original costs. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable.
